Leila Eslamieh is a Registered Architect with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) and a founding principal of enSoL Architecture, bringing over 25 years of experience across a wide range of project types and scales.

She began her career in 2000, working with multidisciplinary consulting firms as a Project Manager and Project Lead, where she contributed to the delivery of complex, large-scale projects in the transportation sector. In 2008, she established her own architectural practice, further expanding her expertise in residential projects and leading work from the conceptual phase through construction, with a strong emphasis on both design integrity and execution.

Since continuing her professional practice in Canada in 2017, Leila has collaborated with various architectural firms, gaining in-depth experience in diverse building typologies, local codes, construction practices, and regulatory processes.
​
Her portfolio spans a broad spectrum of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, film studios and sound stages, transportation, and civic or monumental projects. This breadth of experience enables her to approach each project with a comprehensive and adaptable design strategy.
