The Marine Way Film Studio Campus was conceived as a large-scale film production facility located in the Big Bend industrial area of Burnaby. The project envisioned the transformation of the site into a purpose-built studio complex designed to support contemporary film and television production within Metro Vancouver’s growing screen-based industry.
The proposed campus included multiple sound stages supported by production offices, workshops, set-construction areas, and service facilities. The overall planning strategy focused on creating a studio environment with efficient circulation for production crews, equipment, and service vehicles while integrating flexible support spaces and outdoor service areas within the site.

While at CTA Architecture + Design, the role was Project Design Lead, point of contact with the client and all the consultants, leading the architectural team in the preparation of development and rezoning permit drawings, coordinating the overall studio campus layout, and advancing the architectural design development of the production facilities and associated site planning.
