This large-scale industrial facility in Aldergrove, BC was designed to support specialized processing operations along with administrative and laboratory functions. The approximately 5,000 m² building includes process areas, storage, laboratories, offices, and staff amenities for a large workforce.
The project was delivered as a fast-track development using a pre-engineered steel building system that allowed rapid construction and enclosure. The architectural design incorporates insulated metal panels, standing seam metal cladding, and large areas of curtain wall glazing to introduce natural light and create a strong architectural presence.
A fully glazed entrance atrium forms the primary arrival space and features a stair connecting the main level to upper-floor offices and laboratories.
