This project involved the expansion and comprehensive redesign of an existing single-family residence in North Vancouver. The scope of work included a building addition and the introduction of an additional level over the newly expanded structure, increasing the overall living area of the home.
The design also included a complete renovation of the existing interior spaces to improve spatial organization, functionality, and overall architectural coherence between the new and existing portions of the house. The intervention focused on creating a cohesive layout, modernizing interior finishes, and enhancing the relationship between interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
In addition to the architectural work, the project included updates to the exterior elevations and site design to integrate the expanded building with the character of the neighborhood and the natural topography of the site.
