The Park was designed as a mixed-use residential development in Tsawwassen, BC on a site of approximately 8,538 m². The project consolidated several residential parcels to create a development combining residential living with small-scale commercial uses and landscaped open space.
The development included 67 residential units ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes, with over half of the units designed to be adaptable to support seniors and families. The ground floor incorporated mixed-use spaces including offices, retail units, and a café.
The site design emphasized a park-like setting with landscaped pathways, seating areas, and community amenities. Key landscape features included a rain garden plaza, natural play areas, and community garden spaces intended for resident use.
Parking was provided through a combination of underground parking and at-grade parking areas, with additional provisions for bicycle parking, electric vehicle parking, and accessible parking.
